I-95 paving starts July 8

 WATERVILLE – A paving project will begin on Sunday evening, July 8 on Interstate 95 northbound starting at the Webb Road Bridge in Waterville (Mile marker 125) and extend north to Pittsfield. (Mile marker 147)
  This night work will start on Sunday evening at 7 p.m., lasting through Friday mornings at 7 a.m. This will include ramp closures for the overnight.
  On the section of I-95 from Waterville to Fairfield, work will commence from Sunday at 7 p.m. through Friday morning at 7 a.m. Work will continue from Sunday at 7 p.m. through Saturday morning on the section of I-95 from Fairfield to Pittsfield. There will be single lane traffic during these hours.
  On and off ramps at Exit 127, Kennedy Memorial Drive and Exit 130 (Main Street) may be closed to traffic between the hours of 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. All other ramps will be closed between the hours of 7 p.m. and 7 a.m.
  All ramp closures will have 72 hours of advanced notice with variable message boards indicating those upcoming closures and indicating which exists are available to commuters for easiest access.
  While this work is weather dependent, the entire project is expected to extend into the first of September.
