Free fair tickets at Aug. 8 Red Cross blood drive

  SKOWHEGAN – The Daughters of Isabella Notre Dame de Lourdes Circle and the Skowhegan-Madison Elks Lodge will team up once again for a community Red Cross blood drive on Wednesday, Aug. 8 at T & B Celebration Center in Skowhegan. Hours are 12 – 6 p.m.

  All presenting donors will receive a free admission ticket to the Skowhegan State Fair and a limited edition Boston Red Sox t-shirt, commemorating the 100^th anniversary of Fenway Park.

  The blood supply in northern New England is very low this time of year, so donors of all types are urgently needed. Double red cell donations will also be taken at this drive.
