Dexter Candidates' Night Oct. 20

  DEXTER - Dexter Dover Area Towns in Transition (DDATT) and the Dexter Unitarian Universalist Church will jointly sponsor a “Local Food Supper and Candidates Night” on Saturday, Oct. 20 at the church.
  The “Local Food Supper” will be potluck from 5 to 6:30 p.m. The goal is to have at least 80 percent of the food grown within 25 miles of Dexter, if possible.

  “Candidate’s Night” will begin promptly at 7 p.m. All candidates for any office listed on the ballots for the general election in the towns of Dexter and Dover Foxcroft are invited to attend the moderated evening program. Each candidate can bring informational materials for display before the program and will have up to five minutes to speak on his or her positions. Following the presentations, the floor will be open to questions from the audience.
